Heads-up, with the storm expected Jan 24–27 (12–18″ possible), please take a few quick steps to protect your outdoor shading: keep retractable awnings fully closed and tucked into their cassettes (do not extend in snow, ice, or high winds), leave motorized screens or curtains lowered and avoid trying to operate them in freezing temps, and if you have a fixed roof or heated enclosure remove heavy snow buildup safely to prevent leaks.
