Acrylic Graphics and Design
New Haven Awning uses The Sunbrella Graphics System (SGS) to permanently bond your multicolor graphics to your Sunbrella fabric. Making this a great way to display graphics outdoors with out worrying about mother nature destroying your investment.
SGS uses an automated vacuum and heat system to transfer the 3m graphics securely on to the fabric eliminating human error for a precise and consistent result that can even be painted on.
Some popular uses for cut acrylic graphics include:
- Awnings
- Bistro Barrios
- Pole Flags
- Large Banners
- Acrylic wall panels
Eradicated Graphics
This method uses a specially formulated white vinyl substrate fabric that has the color applied at the factory and is primarily used for back-lit awnings. This procedure entails masking off the selected area and using an acetone solvent to remove the pigmented acrylic ink in selected areas on the fabrics surface.
Once color has been removed from the selected area we can use other graphic printing options to decorate the eradicated areas.
This creates beautiful well light awning graphics in the evening and highly visible graphics during the day so your information and design is always visible to your potential customers.
