U.S.S Chowder Pot III Gets A Visit From The New Haven Awning Crew

This summer “The Crew” was at The U.S.S Chowder Pot III in Branford, CT to recover a extra-large patio enclosure and install some custom interchangeable seasonal panels. Now regardless of the weather patrons will always be comfortable on this amazing patio. Roof Fabrication: On the roof we used Sunbrella fabric (Burgundy #4631). During fabrication we used our Rf welder to seam weld this beast in to one continuous piece while integrating custom designed pockets to wrap each roof truss to give it the inside as well as the outside a great finished look. Wall Fabrication: The walls use interchangeable panels so this restaurant can easily adjust this patio to complement any season: During the summer months they will use Lexan panels. These panels are lightweight, 100% clear and can be easily opened to allow the summer breeze though. For the colder winter months we recommended a thicker polycarbonate insert that is also crystal clear but has the added benefit of keeping the heat in and the cold wind out. Aren’t you hungry? As you can easily tell this patio enclosure can now be enjoyed all year round. So whether you visit Chowder pot on Monday for Lobster Night or Thursday...

Avventura Bakery & Deli Gets New Shed Awnings

The New Haven Awning Crew was in Southington, Connecticut not to long ago to install some of our custom fabricated shed awnings. These beauties may look a little different then the norm, besides using an eye popping green Sunbrella fabric (Ginkgo #4685) we also used out state of the art Sunbrella Graphics System to give the awning a little more flare. When it comes to curb appeal it doesn’t get any better then this! Longevity: The Sunbrella Graphic System (SGS) combines the beauty and performance of Sunbrella Fabric with the longevity of 3M products. So you can have the piece of mind knowing that any graphics we design and fabricate on your awning is going to last for many years to come. Return On Investment: The NH Awning staff know it can be tough for restaurants to stand out in any city. You need to have the look, a great concept, and be in a great location. We also know a good amount of your business will come from people just passing by, and without a custom awning, your restaurant could be easy to miss. Adding a commercial awning to your restaurant can be help draw those potential customers in so you...

Coming Soon, LunchboxWax With Shading By New Haven Awning!

Not to long ago the Awning Crew was on the Boston Post Rd in Milford, CT to install some custom made open traditional style awnings for LunchboxWax. We used black Weathertyte Plus Awning Fabric to give the structure a professional look that will out last all of the lower tech fabrics. New Haven awning design and fabricates all of our awnings in house so there is no need to special order a frame just because it requires some custom fabrication. For instance this awning frame is a combination of the half barrel style for the entrance combined with a quarter barrel frame for the...
