Whitney Ave in New Haven Is Ready For Yale’s graduation!

Whitney Ave in New Haven Is Ready For Yale’s graduation!

This week NH Awning did some great recover work towards the start of Whitney Avenue in New Haven, Connecticut. Multiple businesses benefitted from this upgrade and will continue to do so for many years to come because we used Weblon Coastline plus fabric. To make sure not only the awnings last for many years we added all the logos and text using high performance adhesive graphics. Weblon Coastline plus fabric is known as the “no-fuss, no-muss awning fabric”.  This fabric will not shrink, sag, stretch or start to pocket.  Due to the fact that it is a PVC fabric it will not fade or age. Also this cutting edge fabric is mildew, stain and dirt-resistant. Upgrading to these new high tech fabrics will certainly add the wow factor you’ve been looking for! Have your awnings started to fade? Contact New Haven Awning to get them recovered the right way! Check Out Some More Of Our Awning...

Cigna’s Shade Sail Project Has Begun!

Cigna’s Shade Sail Project Has Begun!

New Haven Awning was in Bloomfield Connecticut last week to get started on a large Shade Sail project for Cigna Healthcare. This large 80 x 60 foot shading system is held up by 6 very tall pylons and consists of 3 overlapping sails. When finished this will be a great patio for employees to relax during their breaks and enjoy the beautiful grounds while staying cool and comfortable in the shade. Considering the fact that shade sails have been used since the Ancient Egyptians only proves that they have stood the test of time and with new technologies in color retention this shading system will last for countless years to come. Stay tuned for more information and pictures of the finished project! Interested in a Shading System for your business? Contact NH Awning...

Tokeneke Beach and Tennis Club Gets a Visit From NH Awning.

Tokeneke Beach and Tennis Club Gets a Visit From NH Awning.

Earlier this week New Haven Awning visited The Tokeneke Beach and Tennis Club in Darien, Connecticut to recover some amazing roll down curtains surrounding their clubhouse restaurant patio area. These curtains / wind barriers are great, when they’re in use they give an unobstructed view of the ocean without the customers having to deal with any inclement weather. If it’s that time of the year when the breeze is welcomed these barriers roll up into the ceiling so they are completely hidden from view.
